Mogul Life (the “App”) is provided by its operator (“we”, “us”, or “our”). For information about the operator, please see the separate Legal Notice. We respect your privacy and handle information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
The App may collect the following information.
- Account information (in-game account name, character information, progress and holdings)
- Purchase information (transaction details of in-app purchases and subscriptions)
- Device information (OS version, device model, language setting, device identifier)
- Identifiers and network information used for ad delivery (including ad impression and interaction data; not used to track you)
- Usage and logs (operation logs, error information, connection information)
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the App and to verify users
- To process purchases and subscriptions, and to prevent fraud
- To deliver ads and measure their effectiveness
- To investigate issues and improve quality and service
- To respond to conduct that violates the Terms of Service
3. Sharing with and Use of Third Parties
We use the following services, and information is processed in accordance with each company’s policy.

Advertising providers may collect advertising-related identifiers to deliver non-personalized ads, measure impressions, and detect invalid traffic / prevent fraud.
4. Advertising
The App displays rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Ads are served in a non-personalized configuration, and identifiers are not used to track you across other apps or services. Accordingly, the App does not request tracking permission via ATT (App Tracking Transparency). AdMob may collect limited information (advertising-related identifiers, IP address, etc.) to deliver ads, measure impressions, and detect invalid traffic.
5. Disclosure of External Transmission (Japan Telecommunications Business Act)
In accordance with Japan’s Telecommunications Business Act, we disclose the information transmitted from your device to external companies.

The App does not integrate any other third-party SDKs that transmit information for advertising or analytics purposes (transmission to our own game server is communication necessary to provide the App).
6. Storage and Security
We handle collected information with reasonable safeguards to prevent leakage, loss, or alteration.
7. Age
Because the App includes casino-style content, it is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may change this policy as needed. We will announce important changes in the App or by similar means.
